I am Lutheran, and I can’t say I agree with the restriction the Catholic Church set against women holding priesthood. It is again… another double standard. I know, the Catholic Church is a patriarchal institution… but what is the issue with having women involved? The church view women primarily as wives and mothers… why? Why can’t a wife be a priest?
